Supplies you will need:
1 12x12 piece of cardstock
patterned paper 1: 7.5"x9"
patterned paper 2: 12"x3.25"
patterned paper 3: 12"x 1" or 12"+ length of ribbon
title - stickers, chipboard, stamps, cricut letters
2 border punched pieces of complimentary colored cardstock
3 punched pieces (any of the above patterned papers or cardstock (scallop circle, circle, something symmetrical) or paper to cut into triangular/pennant shape
length of string or bakers twine
